The Board at Nicoll Curtin Technology, a privately owned company, have a wealth of management and recruitment experience, with a combined fifty years in the industry.  They are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, a motivational environment for our team and strong leadership to ensure sustained growth for our business.

	Derek Johnson Chairman of Nicoll Curtin Limited A keen entrepreneur, Derek founded Nicoll Curtin Limited in 1999 after having established and run a number of other successful businesses.  Derek has guided and grown the company from modest beginnings to the major player it is today.  His wider business experience has proved invaluable, and Nicoll Curtin continues to perform exceptionally well, despite the turbulent economic times.
	Lawrence Hargreaves Managing Director of Nicoll Curtin Technology Rising through the ranks, Lawrence joined Nicoll Curtin Technology in 2006 and was tasked with establishing and growing the contract division. He was promoted to the Nicoll Curtin Technology Board in 2008 and was appointed Managing Director in 2010. Lawrence’s leadership style is very hands-on, and he remains focused on excellent client service as he seeks to expand the business further.
	Graham Hale Sales Director of Nicoll Curtin Technology Graham joined Nicoll Curtin Technology's Board after a total of 15 years working within the technology arena, 10 of which were in recruitment.  He was instrumental in growing his previous business from a start up to a highly respected market leader with over 350 staff.  Graham is now tasked with guiding Nicoll Curtin through the next exciting period of rapid global growth.
