We adopt a consultative approach, meeting with candidates in order to fully understand their aims.  We develop a comprehensive profile of the candidate, their short term objectives, long term career aspirations and overall motivations.  

As well as the candidate’s own job search strategy, CV and interview technique, our expert consultants advise on the wider market conditions and availability of roles.

We have a strong portfolio of large, global clients who we’ve worked with for many years, and for whom we’re a preferred supplier. This means we have access to quality, exclusive roles so our candidates can be presented to clients ahead of other job seekers in the market.
