A flexible approach
As a privately owned company, our business model is flexible, and we can create solutions to meet clients’ needs and budgets. Directors and key decision makers are all extremely approachable, and their advice or input can be drawn upon whenever necessary
The business is structured into divisions headed up by senior managers. These are broken down into teams focusing on vertical markets which comprise of consultants with expertise in a particular skill set or technology.
Client account teams are assigned an account manager, who will act as the main point of contact. It’s their responsibility to assess the client’s needs and assemble an account team with expertise relevant to the client’s requirements. The account manager will set up service level agreements (SLA’s) with the client at the beginning of the relationship, and monitor performance accordingly.
