Nicoll Curtin first established a presence in Switzerland in 2008, initially working out of our London office. The division won accounts with some of the most prestigious banks in the Swiss banking industry. All of those initial client relationships have developed into long-standing partnerships.
With a strong preferred supplier list status and a solid reputation as a consultancy who can deliver outstanding quality, our client list has grown steadily. The resulting increase in demand led to the creation of a physical office in Zurich in 2010. We primarily source contractors and freelancers on a contingency basis, with internal, permanent hiring steadily growing. Other services offered include payroll services for both clients and candidates.

Our Swiss and European division is organised into teams focusing on vertical markets, each team is made up of experts with insight and knowledge into that specialism. Clients are assigned an account manager who will lead a team of expert consultants dedicated to delivering to the requirements of the brief.
