eCommerce FX Support Analyst - Investment Bank, London

A top tier European Ivestment Bank has a vacancy for an eCommerce FX Application Support Analyst to join it's Front Office eCommerce FX Support team. You will act as a production management professional in the global eCommerce IT front office production service team, providing second line support to the trading & sales business community for the suite of eCommerce applications and their associated components used to transact with the global future and option exchanges.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- The providing of technical advice around the exchanges, connectors and applications.

- Ensure that all issues are recorded and tracked in accordance to policy.

- The reviewing and ownership of all outstanding eCommerce and eTrading issues and incidents.

Requirements

Minimum two years production service experience in the financial industry involving eCommerce connectivity involving the processing of exchange traded futures and options.

Technical background in Unix, SQL, and Oracle essential

FIX protocol , Trading Technologies API, ORC and ITIL Foundations preferred
