Nicoll Curtin introduces a dedicated Senior Appointments offering.

Nicoll Curtin has created a dedicated Senior Appointments division, responsible for hiring at the top end of the IT market with salaries ranging from £200k - £500k. The move is the result of a raft of successful placements with major financial services clients at this level over the past six months.

With a firm emphasis on client service, the team, led by Cian Loughnane, combines contingency and executive search methods to source leadership talent in the financial services sector. Research, market knowledge and a strong industry network are essential elements to the service, which operates on a contingency business model rather than a retainer.

Whilst Nicoll Curtin already has a successful track record of recruiting senior leadership positions at this level, the creation of a separate division will enable clear focus to be given to this segment of the market. The business has seen an increase in mandates to recruit for senior positions so it was a logical step to introduce a distinct service offering in this area as Nicoll Curtin continues to expand.
