Nicoll Curtin leads keynote presentation for Business Analysts

Nicoll Curtin was delighted to deliver a presentation to the The Institute of International Business Analyst (IIBA) members on ‘Recruitment from a Consultant’s View’. Lawrence Hargreaves, MD of Nicoll Curtin was a keynote speaker and panel member at the event. The presentation for IIBA members included; tips, tricks and techniques from both hiring managers as well as recruitment professionals.

The presentation followed on from an independent study commissioned by Nicoll Curtin aimed at hiring managers and candidates aiming to understand; experiences, expectations and perceptions of recruitment.

Lawrence Hargreaves, Managing Director said:- “The overall crux of the presentation was to dispel the myth that recruitment consultants are just a necessary evil. Good recruitment consultants offer candidates exceptional opportunities, enhance careers and increase earning potential. What is fundamentally critical to the success of using an agency is building a two way dialogue and challenging your agency - advice that applies to both candidates and employers."

Nicoll Curtin will be publishing and distributing the results of the survey in early 2012.
