Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in driving both business and digital marketing performance
- Manage and run marketing experiments - collaborating with various teams to create meaningful campaigns and promotions
- Be the business intellegence expert when it comes to creating Marketing strategies with the digital marketing team with the aim of increasing growth and retention of customers
- Develop dashboards and use data insights that will aid with business's decisions
You'll be a good fit if you have:
- 5 years and more of Data Analytics and BI experience
- Previous experience working directly with business stakeholders and in the eCommerce space
- Comfortable with SQL and Python
- Familiar with Customer Segmentations and Experimentation methods like A/B testing
- A problem solver - You enjoy being part of an amazing team but don’t mind working alone on a difficult problem
- Degree in Business or Statistics/ equivalent
