DevOps Advisory Lead

Your Responsibilities:
  • Guide organisations in embracing and implementing modern engineering and operations methods utilising cloud native technologies and processes.
  • Focus on helping organizations adopt and implement modern engineering and ops methods using cloud-native technologies.
  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Shape, organize, and drive the delivery of programs/projects.
  • Contribute to propositions, proposals, and market-focused activities.
  • Stay informed about developments in your domain and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Your Experience and Skills:
  • Experienced DevOps/DevSecOps practitioner, progressing from an engineering background to leadership and advisory roles.
  • Capable of advising and designing across all aspects, including DevOps strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery practices, and toolchain product selection.
  • Highly knowledgeable in modern engineering and software delivery, including testing and QA.
  • Familiar with complementary capabilities such as Platform Engineering and SRE.
  • Experience in setting up and managing agile delivery streams.
  • Familiarity with traditional IT Op models is beneficial.
