My client is a large global Financial Organisation with a newly set up division that is seeking a talented Digital Commercialisation Operations lead to join them and scale their career to new heights!
Responsibilities
- Drive the digital engagement and enhance client experience across various platforms
- Work closely with campaign and content teams to drive engagement and client utilisation
- Comfortable to work in a fluid environment; setting up processes for the operations team
- Govern end to end campaign's process ensuring it adheres to operating model
Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in either marketing functions or digital platforms
- Established partnership experience having worked with stakeholders in legal, marketing, product
- Experience in leading a team, or self staring individual who aspires to manage a small team
- Skilled in implementing digital marketing and analytics
- Strong knowledge and skills in in areas: SEO,SEM, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Client management platforms, targeted advertising, CRM
- Financial, Internet or Agency experience is an advantage
