Responsibilities:

• Lead the advancement and application of enterprise architecture principles and practices in the public sector, cultivating a comprehensive perspective on the transformative potential of digitization.
• Offer expert guidance to government clients, assisting in the crafting and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies aligned with digital transformation objectives, and establishing actionable roadmaps.
• Advocate for the significance of enterprise architecture within and beyond KPMG, fostering impactful networks and thought leadership initiatives in the public sector.
• Develop resilient business and organizational models for government agencies, ensuring the seamless integration of people, technology, and information to drive digital maturity.
• Collaborate with government clients to devise architecture strategies aligned with environmental and sustainability goals, steering responsible technological adoption.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with both current and potential government clients, nurturing enduring partnerships grounded in architectural excellence.

Your Experience, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Possess extensive enterprise architecture experience, preferably gained in a consulting firm or within the public sector, with a primary focus on steering digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrate a track record of success in identifying opportunities and executing business transformation projects through the effective application of enterprise architecture principles.
• Hold significant expertise in crafting and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks that underpin comprehensive digital transformation programs.
• Exhibit knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise architecture, applied to optimize government operations.
• Be familiar with international enterprise architecture standards and frameworks associated with digital transformation and government modernization.
• Possess practical knowledge and hands-on experience with digital technologies, data analytics, automation, and their transformative potential for government operations.
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of public sector operations, governance, and the unique challenges faced by government agencies.
