Responsibilities:
- Head the implementation of enterprise-wide transformation program while also looking into the group delivery strategy for the program
- Coach and present senior executive leadership teams on the value of the program
- Create high performance culture where Agile is leveraged as a strategic business asset
- Lead program strategies to accelerate speed of change
- Support CIO to chair level delivery forums including Directional Scrum, Big room planning and MPR, QPR
- Model agile mindset, values, and principles
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience
- Prior experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs including technology transformation programs
- Prior people management experience highly preferred
- Good understanding of Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean, and other similar frameworks
- Hands-on experience in implementing Service, Product, Software, IT Delivery using organisation design and team topologies, Agile and DevOps practices
