- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to data and reporting projects in the insurance sector.
- Leverage business consulting expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reporting processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of insurance operations.
- At least 4 years of experience either Consulting for Insurance clients or in the Insurance industry working on data / reporting projects
- Deep understanding of various reports produced by insurance companies, including but not limited to Regulatory, Finance, Actuarial, Distribution, Underwriting, and Claims reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
