A global banking client is looking to hire a Business Account Manager (Client Services) for their FX Prime Brokerage division.


Responsibilities

  • Onboard clients to the Prime Services offering and provide client training
  • Provide day to day support of clients’ trading activities and monitor credit limits
  • Provide best in class relationship management ensuring all client requirements are met or captured for future development
  • Conducting regular client reviews
  • Communicate impact of financial market regulation to clients and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams within the bank to deliver effective solutions to client requirements
  • Work with regional and global teams to facilitate a “follow the sun” model
  • Work with the Prime Services business and technology/project teams on new product offerings

Requirements

  • Client relationship management
  • Prime Services Product Knowledge (Intermediation and Clearing, FIPB)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in onboarding client accounts and transitioning into delivery of operational service
