Lead DevOps Engineer

Your Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Mentor and lead a talented team of engineers.
  • Drive automation using tools like Terraform for efficient infrastructure deployment.
  • Prioritize and run sprints, ensuring your team's productivity.
  • Cultivate client relationships, becoming a trusted delivery partner.
  • Support the wider Infrastructure community through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Embrace the DevOps culture to unite capabilities and deliver projects.
  • Develop tools and services for performance monitoring, security, deployment, and more.
  • Uphold and contribute to the positive culture of your team.

Your Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering projects.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix/Microsoft configuration.
  • Proficiency in public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python/Go/PowerShell/Nodejs/C# or equivalent.
  • Solid CI/CD pipelining skills using various tools.
  • Product-focused mindset with a keen eye on automation.
  • Agile environment experience.
  • Continuous learning mentality and the ability to work independently.
  • Advocate for cloud technology both internally and externally.
  • Curiosity to bring fresh ideas to the team.
