Your Responsibilities:
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Mentor and lead a talented team of engineers.
- Drive automation using tools like Terraform for efficient infrastructure deployment.
- Prioritize and run sprints, ensuring your team's productivity.
- Cultivate client relationships, becoming a trusted delivery partner.
- Support the wider Infrastructure community through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Embrace the DevOps culture to unite capabilities and deliver projects.
- Develop tools and services for performance monitoring, security, deployment, and more.
- Uphold and contribute to the positive culture of your team.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering projects.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix/Microsoft configuration.
- Proficiency in public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Go/PowerShell/Nodejs/C# or equivalent.
- Solid CI/CD pipelining skills using various tools.
- Product-focused mindset with a keen eye on automation.
- Agile environment experience.
- Continuous learning mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Advocate for cloud technology both internally and externally.
- Curiosity to bring fresh ideas to the team.
