Responsibilities:

• Guiding and leading a team of Power Platform developers, ensuring successful project execution through mentorship and technical expertise.
• Working closely with clients to understand their business challenges, collect requirements, and suggesting Power Platform solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Create and design custom Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Power BI reports/dashboards tailored to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, encompassing design specifications, solution architecture, and user guides.
• Manage the complete development lifecycle, spanning from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and providing post-implementation support.
• Identify possibilities for enhancing existing processes by leveraging the Power Platform, suggesting inventive solutions to elevate client operations.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, providing leadership insights within the team.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX/UI designers, and data engineers, to ensure the smooth integration of Power Platform solutions.

Your Experience, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Experience in Power Platform development, with a proven history of successfully leading projects.
• Possess skills in building model-driven and canvas Power Apps, and having experience with AI Builder is a valuable bonus.
• Experience working with Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Power BI reports/dashboards, showcasing a robust understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• Illustrate experience in overseeing a team of developers and coordinating project deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
