Job Description
  • Formulate, devise, and oversee the execution of a unified customer relations initiative aimed at expanding the CRM database and fostering customer loyalty
  • Drive innovations within CRM to boost customer return rates and enhance loyalty
  • Develop and execute a Trade Marketing strategy to contribute to brand growth objectives and cross-category business goals
  • Ensure efficient segmentation of the database for targeted marketing efforts tailored to local consumer behaviours
  • Collaborate with diverse functional teams to streamline the customer journey and ensure alignment of strategies
  • Initiate and execute CRM activities, including the development of customer databases, automated lifecycle programs, and multi-channel consumer events
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the feasibility of CRM initiatives at the point of sale (POS) level and alignment of strategic direction with operational requirements
  • Lead the translation and implementation of marketing strategies into impactful retailer programs while adhering to budget and commercial targets
  • Develop gifts with purchase (GWP) and premiums for regular CRM and trade promotions
  • Manage the utilization and forecasting of promotional materials, and monitor monthly promotion budgets
  • Stay abreast of retail market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to propose relevant and innovative solutions

Job Qualification
  • Degree holder in Marketing, or business-related field
  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in CRM and Trade Marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management (internal & external)
  • Solid analytical skills and work with numerical data
  • Experienced in measuring and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns, and evaluating them against return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Familiar with Salesforce
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Immediately available is preferred
