Responsibilities
- Function as a specialist in Dynamics, collaborating with both Customer Experience consulting teams and the broader Power Platform and Dynamics engineering teams
- Provide extensive technical expertise and support for Solution Development and go-to-market proposition shaping, covering all aspects of the Power Platform.
- Facilitate communication between consulting and technical teams, acting as a bridge to create impactful and customized solutions for clients.
- Extensive expertise in the MS Dynamics Platform, particularly emphasizing enhancements and solutions related to Customer Service, Customer Experience, and/or Contact Centre operations.
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and understand organization's customer practices, effectively communicating their requirements to architect and development teams when necessary.
- Capacity to transform gathered information into a well-defined functional process.
- Proficiency in influencing, suggesting, and optimizing client requirements based on a thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the D365 product.
- Essential consulting experience.
