You are going to work in a fast-growing online retailer in Asia targeting international customer.
Job Description
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with broader marketing objectives to boost brand recognition globally (UK, US, Canada, Australia)
- Identify influential and relevant social media personalities to produce engaging content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and successful campaign delivery within the team
- Team management
- Oversee the team's budget and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Generate regular reports on influencer and campaign performance, providing insights and analysis
- Continuously assess the team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, communications, or business-related field
- Native or excellent English communication skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing with managerial experience
- Solid social media and influencer marketing strategies experience
- KOL pitching experience
- Global exposure (UK, US, Canada, Australia)
- Immediately available is an absolute advantage
