Reporting to the group CEO you will be responsible for the following:

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop key partnerships, engage with influencers, analyse market trends and regulations, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure aligned and cohesive strategies and to drive growth and innovation.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with token projects and other strategic stakeholders in the Chinese-speaking cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  • Build a network of advocates that can amplify the brand and drive adoption of the platform, while creating solid relationships that enhance offerings and expand market presence.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory environments, and local crypto regulations.
  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and in various media

 

Requirements

  • Possesses a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, particularly in the context of derivatives trading, with a focus on the Chinese-speaking market.
  • Strong background in crypto exchange operations, a keen insight into local regulations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and engaging with influencers or key opinion leaders, preferably within the cryptocurrency sector.
  • Adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape.
  • Shows a strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of understanding complex products and market dynamics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Music Content Operations, Rights Management) to assess music publishing metadata (e.g., ISRCs, ISWCs).
  • Evaluate data and design dashboards and tracking systems to measure engagement of music publishers and songwriters, among other metrics.

Role Overview
