My client is a leading global fintech and blockchain company expanding rapidly in Asia and seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Specialist to join as a strategic member of the management team to support the growth and optimisation of the firm's global cryptocurrency business verticals. Working directly with C-level management, you will be responsible for the following

Responsibilities 
  • Execute various mission-critical project-based projects spanning Business Operations, Marketing, Growth/Expansion, etc. 
  • Ensure new projects run seamlessly with good quality in a timely manner, focusing on business efficiency improvement.
  • Implement and drive various business operations structures and work with various functional teams to solidify corporate strategy
  • Leverage data of user behaviour, trading behaviour, as well as macro and industry insights.
  • Keep track of overall fintech industry development to explore new opportunities.
 

Requirements:

 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, ideally in Product/Project Management, Business Operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • A competent, decisive, and optimistic team player with evident leadership capabilities, who can motivate stakeholders to achieve a shared business goal.
  • Proven high level Project Management skills to interact with various stakeholders, to gather requirements, build frameworks, etc. 
  • Experience implementing BI tools, such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI, etc.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders, leadership team, and coworkers are crucial.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin in reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.
