The hiring client is a well known name in the Aviation and Travel business and is a leader internationally with technologically driven innovations and operates an efficient working model. They're also well known for having an online retail platform that offers a diverse range of shopping options, allowing travelers to conveniently purchase a wide array of products seamlessly.
They are looking for a Seasoned Marketing Manager (at least 6 years of experience) who comes from a All Rounder Marketing Background for Large Retail Brands and MUST HAVE Led a team of at least 2-3 people before.
Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Conduct strategic analysis of the competitive landscape and perform detailed data analysis to derive insights for designing effective sales and marketing plans.
- Present strategies and plans convincingly to senior management for approval.
Sales & Marketing Execution
- Develop and implement end-to-end sales and marketing initiatives, including collaboration with agencies and negotiation of partnerships.
- Prepare detailed business cases with ROI analysis for project approval.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to plan and evaluate all activities, including A/B testing.
P&L Management & Business Analytics
- Take ownership of the P&L for all sales and marketing initiatives.
- Lead the preparation of business cases and post-mortem analyses on ROI.
- Implement systems to track and report sales and marketing performance systematically.
Stakeholder management
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners and tenants to drive business growth.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
To excel in the role, you should:
- Be an all-rounder in B2C marketing strategy and planning, with strong hands-on experience in driving data-backed sales and marketing initiatives with strong ROI focus. Experience in SG Market is a must & in China market is a bonus; and
- Have demonstrated proven track record in forging strategic marketing partnerships to improve business performance; and
- Have demonstrated proven track record in conceptualising and driving new sales and marketing initiatives / innovations.
- A degree and at least 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing strategy and implementation for retail businesses across digital and traditional channels.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience in sales and marketing with a focus on ROI and P&L.
- Experience in sourcing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Leadership experience in marketing strategy planning and senior management engagement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
