Change Analyst – Impact Assessment, Training & Communications

S$100000 - S$150000 per annum + targeted bonus & benefits

Change Analyst will work within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management team at a Global Bank in Singapore to support delivery of a quality service to clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations.

The main purpose of the role will be to;

  • Provide Change Management and Project Management expertise to deploy the Client Onboarding Lifecycle Tool operating model and platform into BAU
  • Formulate and deliver against analysis plans to support project timelines
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across a diverse group of business units
  • Produce detailed, accurate analysis deliverables to scope and to plan
  • Plan and manage stakeholder engagement to drive deliverable socialisation and achieve sign-off

You will;

  • Own and drive change managementdeliverables to ensure business readiness for adopting target state operating model and platform:
    • Conduct Business Impact Assessments to:
      • Identify the extent of changes introduced between current state and target state operating models across people, process, technology (qualitative and quantitative analysis)
      • Articulate and communicate the gap between current and target states across impacted stakeholders
    • Conduct Operational Risk Assessments to:
      • Determine the impacts of target state processes on the existing Operational Risk Framework
      • Identify target state risks, required controls and work with business units to formulate implementation plans
      • Engage second line functions such as FCC and Operational Risk to obtain input and sign-off
  • Consolidate and submit target state impact and risk assessment for formal governance committee review and drive sign-off to enable go-live.
  • Conduct and document current and future state analysis as needed to bridge gaps in project artefacts
  • Manage and effectively engage key stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, compliance, FCC and IT to deliver workstream outcomes
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to deliver workstream outcomes
  • Enable successful delivery of the Training & Communications workstream
  • Support delivery of the programme communications plan to drive stakeholder engagement and cascade key project messages across a broad range of global stakeholders

Your background will include;

  • Experience in the scope of a Business Analyst, Change Manager or Project Manager with experience managing business stakeholder change in the context of process and system deployments
  • Weighing up benefits of short term tactical and long term strategic options to ensure solutions are delivered to the appropriate scale, scope and timing
  • Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight
  • Interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking
  • Strong communication skills – oral, written and presentation
  • Senior business-facing change management and deployment expertise
  • Knowledge of various banking business segments, client types and product offerings
  • Subject matter expertise in CDD and CLM systems and processes considered an added advantage but not essential for the role
