Our client, a top10 firm in Dublin are investing heavily into their Conduct Risk function. We are searching for consultants to join from Manager through to Associate Director levels.
Conduct Risk is viewed by some as a rather recent discipline within Risk Management. In the past, this topic was in many cases overseen by the Compliance department, sometimes not even in a formal manner. With the emergence of recent fraud scandals and some regulators taking steps towards a more conduct approach, Conduct Risk started to be addressed as an increasingly important topic. Over the last number of years, the Central Bank of Ireland increased their regulatory focus on conduct and culture because of significant misconduct identified at financial institutions.
Our clients conduct risk, accountability and consumer safety team are market leaders when it comes to providing advice on consumer related and conduct related verticals within Financial Services. Conduct related issues are sector agnostic and they are expanding into the tech, agriculture, and pharmaceutical markets along with emerging markets across the globe where the concept of conduct risk and consumer protection is immature.
We are looking to build a world class team in Dublin and are particularly interested in candidates with conduct risk, consumer protection, governance, accountability, risk culture experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and delivery of high-quality consulting advice in Conduct Risk and service to those clients that are within the FS and non-FS space. You will also support Consulting Directors and Managing Directors in delivery of market activities.
