We’re looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Data Scientist to join our team. This role

will be working with our expanding data science team that is responsible for

the millions of datasets that are ingested from a variety of sources. This role will be

responsible for the development and architecture of our data pipelines, automation,

monitoring and alerting, and embedding new technologies to become the Real Estate’s first

real-time intelligent data analytics platform. You will be working closely with our data

science and platform technology teams to ensure that our product meets market demands

through our state-of-the-art data visualizations.

About the role:

● Research and develop algorithms that capture, process and manipulate our datasets

consisting of imagery, floorplans, and other real-estate data

● Collaboration with data engineers and software engineers create production quality,

robust code that will be used on an industrial scale as part of our product lines.

● Maintain, improve and optimize algorithms to improve performance and efficiency.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and research in statistical programming

and machine learning.

● Communicating the latest advances with the wider team when they should be

applied to our data.

Technical Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced data scientist who enjoys working in a fast-paced and

interesting environment, at the cutting edge of what can be done with our datasets. You will

be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data science required for our research. The

right candidate will be excited by the prospect of supporting our product team and clients


What we’re looking for:

● Strong programming skills in Python and/or Modern C++

● Demonstrable proficiency in statistical data analysis and data visualization

● Knowledge of data blending, statistics, and machine learning
