We are currently seeking a highly skilled software developer to join our Client company, working in the Pharmaceutical field.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, documentation, testing, and maintenance of various applications using object-oriented programming languages. Working within an agile development team, you will collaborate closely with team members to analyse complex problems related to business processes, transactions, data, functions, and objects. Your expertise will be crucial in developing innovative solutions while considering profitability, quality, and risks.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain software applications using .NET framework (C#, WPF with MVVM, Entity Framework).
  • Contribute to the development and test environment setup and maintenance in cooperation with IT Operations.
  • Transfer knowledge within the team and monitor external contractors, reporting to the manager(s).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training (HF/FH) in software development, business informatics, or medical informatics.
  • Proven experience in software development using .NET framework, specifically C#, WPF with MVVM, and EntityFramework.
  • Strong attention to quality and detail, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
  • Excellent knowledge in developing API's based on REST and SOAP/WCF.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with the Azure platform and its services, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service, would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss pharmacy/retail market is desirable.
  • Fluent in either German or French as a mother tongue, along with a good command (minimum B2 level) of the other language. Proficient in spoken and written English.
