Your Role:

In your role as Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage relationships within a portfolio of the company's customers to ensure the continued adoption of the company's suite of mobility intelligence solutions, analyze customers business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.

You will be key to identify and qualify opportunities within our client base in the UK and Ireland; sell SaaS and data solutions to existing customers; manage and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate and close business, and manage the ongoing business relationship with clients. The successful candidate will possess a strong need to win and be able to demonstrate that s/he is responsive, adaptable, and 100% results- and ownership-oriented.


  • Internalize and deliver the value proposition clearly and persuasively to a variety of different audiences, including C-Level executives
  • Perform outbound and inbound communication to the company's customers to sell additional services and solutions
  • Assist customer contacts with challenges and problems converting them into sales opportunities when possible
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of the company's platform and capabilities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities based on knowledge of clients’ business, projects, and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as the first line in the escalation path for customer satisfaction issues
  • Liaise with Customer Solutions, Customer Success, and Product organizations to resolve issues for customers. Escalate potential issues to a manager when needed

All About You:

Must-have qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Enterprise Account Management, ideally working with large multi-stakeholder clients
  • Above average analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Background and understanding of structured selling approach(es) (Miller Heiman, SPIN, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy, high-intellect, and highly curious enquiring mind
  • Excel in a dynamic start-up environment that values team contribution
  • Superior communication skills to execute complex sales transactions and provide information and clarity to any sales deal both internally and to the client
  • Conduct interactions with internal/external clients, peers, and management in a polished and highly professional manner
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong negotiating skills

Nice to-have qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Sales Automation/CRM Tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Experience with selling through channel partners/consultancies is desirable
  • Experience in the mobility and transportation sector is desirable
