Executive Director, Transformation

We're looking for an experienced Transformation Director for one of our clients in the banking sector. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
  • Head the implementation of enterprise-wide transformation program while also looking into the group delivery strategy for the program
  • Coach and present senior executive leadership teams on the value of the program
  • Create high performance culture where Agile is leveraged as a strategic business asset
  • Lead program strategies to accelerate speed of change
  • Support CIO to chair level delivery forums including Directional Scrum, Big room planning and MPR, QPR
  • Model agile mindset, values, and principles
full JD will be shared during initial discussions



Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Prior experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs including technology transformation programs
  • Prior people management experience highly preferred
  • Good understanding of Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean, and other similar frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Service, Product, Software, IT Delivery using organisation design and team topologies, Agile and DevOps practices


This is a permanent, full-time role.
