Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Position type: Contract

A client of ours, a very well-known Swiss bank, is currently looking for a Financial Modelling Analyst to join an important and exciting project within the Group Treasury Department. Are you actively looking for a new role in the Treasury or Liquidity and Funding area, do you have previous experience in LCR and NSFR regulations? Do you have previous experience assessing and understanding liquidity models and are familiar with the different steps of model development? If you are interested in this exciting new project at a world-renowned bank in Zurich, then please reach out as soon as possible for a more in-depth discussion on the role!
My client is looking for somebody who has previous experience working in this space and will be able to effectively liaise with different stakeholders in the Treasury department. Your responsibilities will include assessing the LCR and NSFR and how it should be set before analysing the results of the tests and reporting to local regulators. My client is looking for somebody who can help the team to calculate the evolution of LCR and NSFR under stress tests. You will also develop models and develop the cash flow portfolio and estimate the balance sheet.
You will require previous experience working in the treasury/liquidity or funding environment, ideally on Liquidity models, and should have a very good understanding of LCR. Further you should have generic quantitative skills, experience in writing SQL queries as well as Oracle experience and should be skilled in model development and have a deep understanding of statistical models.
You will be working closely with stakeholders in the department to help develop models in this area so good communication skills will therefore be necessary.
