A global banking client is looking to hire a Business Account Manager (Client Services) for their FX Prime Brokerage division.
Responsibilities
- Onboard clients to the Prime Services offering and provide client training
- Provide day to day support of clients’ trading activities and monitor credit limits
- Provide best in class relationship management ensuring all client requirements are met or captured for future development
- Conducting regular client reviews
- Communicate impact of financial market regulation to clients and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams within the bank to deliver effective solutions to client requirements
- Work with regional and global teams to facilitate a “follow the sun” model
- Work with the Prime Services business and technology/project teams on new product offerings
Requirements
- Client relationship management
- Prime Services Product Knowledge (Intermediation and Clearing, FIPB)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in onboarding client accounts and transitioning into delivery of operational service
