We're looking for an Integrated Comms Strategy Manager to work on communications planning, paid media strategy and execution for consumer-facing campaigns in Japan. This role is based in the Singapore office, and reports into the International Integrated Comms Strategy Lead.


  • Development and execution of all Japanese consumer-facing campaigns supporting Facebook Reality Labs. Ensuring that campaigns align with the global strategy, business objectives, incorporate industry innovation, measurement and leverage appropriate channels across both digital and traditional
  • Work with Decision Science (our internal analytics team) and Marketing Insights to develop audience definition and insights, the campaign learning agenda and measurement plan. Post-campaign to evaluate the performance and to share learnings to further our understanding of the true incremental impact of our investments
  • Collaborating with our media & production agencies to develop the strategy, plan and oversee the execution
  • Aligning with the central Center of Excellence team to create and implement global best practices, media investment plans, channel strategies, and joint business partnerships with strategically important partners (publishers, broadcasters, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships and ensure alignment across the global team, including but not limited to: Integrated Comms Strategy Lead, International Marketing Manager, Japan, International PMM, and other market managers and leads.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across the International and central marketing teams, Decision Science, Marketing Insights, Creative and relevant sales teams
  • Core focus include Country targetable audience, Consumer journey adaptation, Country or regional integrated media strategy and plan, Agency management, and Country media plan execution


  • Experience in media planning and campaign execution, either within an agency or within a client organization
  • Experience working in data-driven environments
  • Experience presenting to project stakeholders and leadership
  • Experience navigating cross-functional teams and dynamics
  • Experience representing and advocating for team objectives across varying levels of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovation in media, tracking, analytics and research
  • Experience pulling insights from data and tell a story using those insights
  • Experiencing leading multiple full funnel media strategies from inception to launch
  • Experience communicating in the role of individual channels vs. how channels complement each other in a plan
  • Knowledge of testing scenarios/methodology (i.e. A/B testing online and matched market testing offline) and the benefits and drawbacks of testing
  • Experience working within a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is a plus
