Your Role

We are seeking an experienced b2b marketer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for creating and managing cross-channel marketing campaigns and building relationships with our channel partners. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a mark by helping to build a global marketing engine for a scale-up focussed on making a tangible difference in the world. You are used to fast-paced environments, take initiative and understand the importance of both brand building and demand gen activities. You are not a jack-of-all-trades, but you understand how different aspects of marketing come together and are able to manage activities across the marketing mix

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, PPC, and Search

  • Work closely with in-country Sales team to build relationships and leverage relevant industry forums

  • Build relationships with local channel partners and identify and execute impactful co-marketing activities

  • Manage relationships with external providers

Your profile


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in b2b technology marketing

  • Track record of improving conversion through an iterative approach to buyer’s journey

  • Demonstrative understanding of the role of various marketing channels and how they come together to realize effective campaigns 

  • Understanding of marketing analytics

  • Strong writing skills 

  • Attention to detail

  • Familiarity with HubSpot welcome

  • Fluent English speaker; fluent German also required if based in Berlin
