The client is a Global Technology powerhouse at the forefront of innovation, shaping the digital landscape with its visionary products and services in Social Media, Advertising Solutions and various other verticals.


This is a 6-month contract.


We are in search of a proactive and well-organized individual to become a valuable member of our Telco Team in the role of an Operations Support Specialist. This position holds significant importance in ensuring the seamless functioning of our telecommunications department by overseeing invoicing, managing escalations, and contributing to essential projects. The perfect candidate will exhibit keen attention to detail, adept communication abilities, and a proactive mindset for tackling challenges.



  • Invoice Management: Carefully review, validate, and process telecommunications invoices originating from diverse vendors to guarantee precision and adherence to established billing protocols. Collaborate closely with finance and procurement teams to address discrepancies and uphold precise records.
  • Operational Escalations: Serve as a central hub for managing operational challenges, addressing concerns promptly and orchestrating timely solutions. Coordinate harmoniously across teams to ensure smooth information flow and effective resolution of issues.
  • Project Assistance: Aid the Telco Team in orchestrating, executing, and overseeing crucial projects. Assist in project coordination, documentation, and the monitoring of milestones to achieve successful project results.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and scrutinize data connected to telecommunications operations, invoices, and escalations. Produce reports and insights to pinpoint trends, areas necessitating improvement, and avenues for optimizing processes.
  • Vendor Relationships: Foster positive associations with telecommunications vendors, guaranteeing productive communication and cooperative efforts. Participate actively in vendor discussions, negotiations, and assessments of performance as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Consistently evaluate operational workflows linked to invoice management, escalations, and project coordination. Innovate and carry out process enhancements to refine efficiency and streamline workflows.



  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Demonstrated track record in supporting operations, overseeing invoices, and coordinating projects within the telecommunications or relevant sector.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, enabling the gathering and interpretation of data to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a well-structured approach, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Self-driven and proactive, possessing a proactive mindset for troubleshooting operational hurdles and escalations.
  • Capability to collaborate harmoniously within a cross-functional team setting.
