Risk Analyst responsibilities will include assisting with numerous activities supporting the Risk Management function. This will include the generation of critical reporting, data entry, as well as updating other systems of records for the various risk management programs and functions. In addition, this role may be asked to participate in other key activities across the team, including participating in the development/execution of control testing strategies, opining on control design as well as the documentation of key regulatory processes and workflows. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assisting with several critical activities related to the tracking and reporting of our risk programs; Supporting the Operations Control and Records Management program; Participating in the review and assessment activities; Test key operational processes to ensure adherence to controls and procedures; Test operational controls related to Records Management; Conducts Process Control Assessments, by assisting with the creation of process workflows and control maps that identifies process risks and process gaps, and assigns priority rating to high-risk process steps; Measures impact to the business, frequency of risk occurrence and control strength for each process step; Develops improvement recommendations to the business, gives guidance on developing new controls; Assist in tracking and reporting activities related to an internal quality campaign program. 10+ years? experience in Primary Skills. Experience with other financial services clients preferred.
