I’m working with one of the largest online social media and social networking service company with its APAC headquarter based in Singapore.
They are looking for a Social Media Analytics tool Support Ops Specialist taking care of the APAC region.
* Provide the users with effective support experience and effectively resolve issues
* Respond to internal teams’ inquiries about product features, insights, bugs, etc.
* Improve the support workflows around issue resolution and product insights
* 2+ years of experience in operations, account management or customer support
* Experience using Excel and/or basic data & insights tools
