You are going to work in a listed information technology service and consulting company (MNC, SI) in Hong Kong. As a Technical Consultant/ Presales, you have the technical knowledge to build architectural designs, review technical architecture designs and commercial skills, to optimally present cloud solutions to customers. You have a specific focus on Public Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) as well as DevOps, DevSecOps and cloud native app services.
Job Description
- Define an overall Solution Architecture for tender responses from end to end; and within a particular solution domain on larger deals.
- Translate customer specifications and requirements into coherent, well performing and cost effective solution architectures.
- Provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary teams for end-to-end solutions by ensuring all elements of the design are integrated into an architecturally compliant solution.
- Align with company portfolio offerings and standards as part of the solution design process and leverage accordingly.
- Present the solution designs to internal governance boards as part of the response process, and the customer as required in workshops.
Job Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Management and Architecture
- Experience in presales and responding to RFI/RFP
- Working for IT Managed Service Providers and blended onshore / offshore virtual teams
- Experience of working on tender responses
- Exposure to more than one IT domain such as: Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Management, Networking, Workplace Services.
- High proficiency in Cantonese and English
