We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our client, a Lugano-based Software House working on developing Custom Software Solutions for various large international companies!
If you have experience in the design of complex Web Products and are currently looking for the right opportunity to take ownership of projects in a highly technical environment, bring your ideas and make a real impact, this is the role for you!
The Role
You will join an internal division, a crack team of Software Engineers and UI/UX Designers currently focusing on developing Sophisticated Web Applications for High-Profile Clients in Europe. You will join them as they build a brand-new Design Team. Furthermore, you will take ownership of several projects, ensuring you bring your vision and tools in collaboration with Senior Frontend Engineers.
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of experience in designing User Interfaces for the Web.
- Great proficiency with various Design Tools (Figma and FigJam preferred).
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to a wide audience.
- Experience in working independently and in group settings, following end-to-end projects.
- Strong English and Italian communication skills.
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience in Design Systems.
- Background in working with large companies, and simplifying complex systems.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web development.

Salary: flexible range between 55.000 and 70.000 CHF per year.
