VP of Product (Payments)

Seeking an established seasoned Product Leader in the Payments or Financial Services sector to join a leading global FS organisation!

Coming onboard, the incumbent will not only to continuously manage and grow the global strategies across various Payments products, while continuously looking into new avenues and current industry trend and manage the overall product roadmap on this.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for payments portfolio with our executive and engineering teams.
• Develop and execute strategies current products on a global scale
• A self starter who is able to always adopt new technology trends and identify gaps within the payments space, conceptualise and launch new products within this portfolio
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and lead various product squads under your remit

Qualifications

• Min. MBA or Masters in any relevant field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record to boot
• Experience handling regional scope and has been a people manager of at least 3-4 PMs
• Well verse in the Payments industry and has at least 12 years of experience in the Product Management or Banking space
