Key Responsibilities
• Elicit requirements via workshops, stakeholder interviews, scenario analysis, business process analysis, use cases, workflow analysis, wireframes, etc.
• Analyse, validate, and verify business and functional requirements, ensuring that requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
• Document and agree on the current and target business processes.
• Conduct an in-depth gap analysis of the data available within the organization.
• Effectively communicates and transfers information to the development team.
• Write clear and concise project documentation including business requirement documents; functional specifications; data dictionaries; training guides; and test scenarios.
• In charge of writing SIT and UAT scripts and executing them.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks impacting the scope, cost, resources, time, or quality of the deliverables.
• Maintain the documentation update.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Strong quantitative analysis ability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with test case documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in elicitation and documentation of business requirements, consolidating feedback on the same requirement from various stakeholders, to ensure consensus on the solution being delivered.
• Knowledge of front-to-back trade, order, and quote flows.
• Knowledge and experience of transaction monitoring functions; e.g. Market Abuse surveillance, AML payment, and trade surveillance.
• Broad knowledge of financial products and data attributes specifically commodities.
• Strong business process definition and implementation skills.
• Knowledge and experience of the software development life cycle.
• Strong SQL skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
