The client is a Global Entertainment Brand that's a world class employer and they're looking for an Advertising Operations Manager who will be an exceptional addition to their Ads team.
THIS IS A 6-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION TO START WITH - HIGH POSSIBILITIES OF EXTENSION/CONVERSION TO FULL-TIME
The hire will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Account and Sales Partner(s). The Ads Managers will partner with clients on areas such as media plan generation, campaign execution and monitoring delivery performance to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Agency Sales Partners to understand client goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Agency Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance
- Develop Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses concerning campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
- Lead campaign kick-off meetings and work with clients to gather campaign launch assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce custom creative assets
- Work closely with Ad Operations to ensure flawless order implementation and resolve technical issues
- Oversee the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and collaborate with clients on necessary optimization tactics
- Provide clients with campaign performance reports, including post-campaign wrap reports
- Manage campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions to prevent future issues
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities, and ad policies
- Participate in the monthly billing and invoicing process with clients and finance
- Establish strong working relationships with clients and agency partners
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Agency Account Management and/or Advertisement Operations functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising
- Fluency in English required
- Experience with Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers)
- Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders
- Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors such as Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
