Mandatory Skills and Certifications

    As a skilled and motivated ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Technical Specialist, you are responsible for enhancements on the HRSD product within the ServiceNow platform. This role is pivotal in planning, configuring, and developing innovative processes and solutions that streamline HR operations. The ideal candidate will act as a technical consultant, bridging the gap between HR, business units, and IT teams, while adhering to HRSD and ServiceNow best practices. Your primary mission will be to implement, automate, and refine processes that drive operational efficiency and standardization across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive continuous improvement by refining and optimizing HRSD processes to enhance efficiency and elevate the end-user experience.
