We're looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team and support 2 of our General Managers in APAC.
What You'll Do:
- Juggle calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements like a pro.
- Prep meeting agendas, take killer notes, and follow up like a champ.
- Plan and execute epic team-building events and conferences.
- Handle all the paperwork and admin tasks with precision and speed.
- Organize team-building activities and keep the morale high.
- Data Guru - Assist with surveys and feedback collection.
- Tackle ad-hoc projects with enthusiasm and creativity.
What You'll Need:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in an MNC
- Organization Skills: A superpower for keeping things tidy and on track.
- Time Management: The ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and precision.
- People Skills: A knack for building relationships and communicating effectively.
- Confidentiality: A commitment to keeping secrets.
- Can-Do Attitude: A positive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Executive Assistant experience in a global retail MNC.
