- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.

- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in Retail and Cross Border Payments (10+ years).
- Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of global trends in the payments industry, including regulatory and compliance initiatives.
- Problem Solver: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, adept at navigating a rapidly changing landscape with tight deadlines.
- Independent Leadership: Capable of leading engagements autonomously, addressing both internal and client needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong exposure to Payments & Cash Management technology, covering the full lifecycle of ACH, RTGS, Real-Time Payments, and Open Banking.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SWIFT, ISO 20022 message processing, and various clearing & settlement systems.
- Broad Exposure: Knowledge of Corporate Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, PSD2, Open Banking, and Payments Service Providers (PSP).
- Product Familiarity: Experience with leading payment solutions such as Finastra-GPP, FIS Clear2Pay-OPF, Dovetail, ACI-MTS, and TCSBancs Payments.
- Project Management: Proven track record in managing complex projects within the financial services sector.
- Transformative Vision: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable solution requirements.
