NICOLL CURTIN ACADEMY.

It’s essential to begin your career with an outstanding training programme. We do believe in giving you hands on experience straight away, but we also know that structure, a path and tons of support and development is equally important which is why we have developed an exceptional Academy for all our Trainee Consultants. The 3 month Academy ensures you have all the tools and knowledge you need to quickly develop. Your first two weeks on the academy are intensive and interactive – mixing theoretical and structured training with on the desk activation sessions.

By week 3, you’ll be bursting with theory, insights and knowledge about sales and recruitment, building the foundations of what will be a successful career. The next three weeks you’ll be in bootcamp sessions, where everything you learned so far will be tested, tried and strengthened – allowing you to perfect your skills, processes and industry knowledge.

Collaborative competition is encouraged in the business so you’ll be competing with others on your Academy to win amazing prizes throughout including champagne, vouchers and tailored suits. But ultimately there can only be one winner. Will it be you?
