Our support team are top class and one of the most important parts of our business - without them, consultants would not be able to reach their potential.
The Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing and UK Compliance teams are based in London but we also have local experts in Singapore and Switzerland to assist.

Our Centre of Excellence based in Serbia offer support to the recruitment team but also have key roles in our Finance and Admin team.
There is no set career path for most of our support team, which may sound unappealing but we encourage each individual to set their own career goals.
We have a review with our managers every 3 months where we set objectives, discuss our successes and request training.
Every year we also have a salary and career review where we benchmark our salary and review our responsibilities.
What support do we offer?
Most of our training is on the job but will always follow a process, with guides for all of them. We also have an extensive learning platform that has been created to ensure you have the tools to train you in your new role.

Within our finance team, we will pay for your ACCA and CIMA qualifications and the rest of the support team have access to a training budget to be used as required for your role.
Our team works really hard but we all love our jobs and the fast paced environment of recruitment.
