​Founded in November 2019 in Belgrade, Nicoll Curtin Serbia supports the global offices within the finance, recruitment and admin teams. We have a great reputation in Serbia and beyond with our solution-focused approach to all aspects of our businesses across the world.

The business model based on which we started our Belgrade office is specifically tailored for Nicoll Curtin. In sales, we support our Switzerland, Ireland, Germany and UK offices, in administration and finance we support all of our global offices.

Candidate and client satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We introduced our Net Promoter Score programme in 2017 to measure candidate experience from the interview stage, and the client experience post-placement.

In 2022, were were awarded with the Supplier of the Year Award fromMastercard/Allegis Group in Ireland. This is a huge achievement as it's the most prestigious award from the supplier forum. The award was given to Nicoll Curtin as the best performing agency covering quality, speed, cost and placements.

Our Executive Director Dragana Atanasov is selected to appear in the prestigious “30 under 30” list of BIZLife and featured as part of BMW Business League. Dragana is a respected business leader in Serbia and Switzerland, leading conversations about local and global employment market.
