Candidate and client satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We introduced our Net Promoter Score programme in 2017 to measure candidate experience from the interview stage, and the client experience post-placement.
Over the years, we have always focused on delivering quality. On average, 1 in every 2 CVs we send out is interviewed and 1 in 4 is hired.

We staffed the entire technology department for two Swiss fintech companies within a 12-18 month period.
We continued to be the number one contract supplier for the largest Swiss banking institution and one of the world's largest reinsurers. In addition, we became the number one new supplier for two global investment bank and private banking corporations.
