Our client, a leading global financial services company is looking for a Product Manager to join their Dublin-based team. This role centers on enhancing a significant platform used for processing transactions and ensuring security within the digital economy.

 

As a Product Manager, you'll conduct detailed analyses to ensure the alignment of product specifications with business and functional needs. Your work will involve translating complex system requirements into actionable insights, facilitating sessions to scope technical requirements, and identifying any potential gaps or dependencies that may arise.

 

Essential Experience:

  • A strong background in technical requirements gathering and documentation, particularly within financial services or related fields.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and within an Agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with backend systems, web UIs, and REST-based web services is crucial.

 

Desirable Experience:

  • Exposure to transaction processing systems and an understanding of web application architectures.
  • A plus if familiar with security protocols and measures.

Your Profile

  • Solid education or advanced training in information technology (EFZ/HF).
  • Experience in system engineering.

Our client who is one of the largest media providers on the Swiss Market, is looking for a Product Owner who is going to be embedded within Network Team who is responsible for the production of the video content.

As a Product Owner, you will coordinate and manage assignments of the relevant team.

Some of the task will include:

Main Tasks:

  • Backlog Management: Manage and maintain the backlog in Jira.
  • Formulate and sort clear Product Backlog Items.
  • Ensure the development team understands the Product Backlog Items.
  • Make the Product Backlog visible and transparent.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks (Backlog Items)
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and support team members.
  • Maximize the product value and the development team's work value.
  • Align and update the roadmap.
  • Stakeholder management.

In order to be successful in this role, you would need to have 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner and experience acquired in Media Environment/IT Networks/IT Infrastructure is highly desirable.

This is a contracting role with the duration of 12 months.

Workload: 60-70%

Location of work: Zurich

Languages: High proficiency in English and German language is mandatory.
