Your Field of Activity
- Manage teams and lead innovative healthcare IT projects.
- Work in a collaborative environment with direct communication.
- Ensure smooth coordination and information flow across departments.
- Relay customer feedback to support product improvements.
- Prepare project plans, manage risks, and handle internal reporting.
- Act as a key contact for customers to ensure optimal project execution.
- Seek opportunities for project optimization.
- Foster effective communication between customers and internal teams.
- Assist the sales department with presentations and meetings.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a project manager for IT projects, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience in a clinical environment (ICU or operating room is a plus).
- Strong understanding of hospital structures and processes.
- Ability to analyze, optimize, and manage complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and customer orientation.
- Motivating leadership of project teams.
- Business-oriented, solution-focused, and independent work style.
- Willingness to travel (30%) to Europe for business trips.
- Proficient in German and English.
