Scrum Master - Dublin


Location: Dublin

Contract: 12 months

Hybrid: one consecutive week per month in the office


We are looking for Scrum Masters to join our client, multinational financial services in their Dublin office. This is a 12-month rolling contract, hybrid working model.


In this role, you will drive agile projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement across two cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient value delivery and agile practices adherence.


Your responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, and coach teams on agile values, practices, and processes.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and coordinate release management.
  • Enhance team performance through metrics and agile principles embedding.
  • Collaborate with product partners and chapter leaders to execute well-defined sprints and improve agile maturity.


Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Proven ability as a change agent, capable of coaching diverse teams through new situations.
  • Effective facilitation skills to brainstorm and solve challenges.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning and promoting continuous learning culture.
  • Proficiency in using enabling tools such as Jira, Mural, MS Teams.

Your Profile

  • Solid education or advanced training in information technology (EFZ/HF).
  • Experience in system engineering.

  • Advantageous knowledge in technologies such as Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365 (Endpoint Management, Exchange Online, SharePoint), VDI systems (VMware Horizon / Citrix), and Sophos firewalls.

Our client who is one of the largest media providers on the Swiss Market, is looking for a Product Owner who is going to be embedded within Network Team who is responsible for the production of the video content.

As a Product Owner, you will coordinate and manage assignments of the relevant team.

Some of the task will include:

Main Tasks:

  • Backlog Management: Manage and maintain the backlog in Jira.
  • Formulate and sort clear Product Backlog Items.
  • Ensure the development team understands the Product Backlog Items.
  • Make the Product Backlog visible and transparent.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks (Backlog Items)
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and support team members.
  • Maximize the product value and the development team's work value.
  • Align and update the roadmap.
  • Stakeholder management.

In order to be successful in this role, you would need to have 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner and experience acquired in Media Environment/IT Networks/IT Infrastructure is highly desirable.

This is a contracting role with the duration of 12 months.

Workload: 60-70%

Location of work: Zurich

Languages: High proficiency in English and German language is mandatory.
